All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver's license from their country of residence. An International Driving Permit is required for licenses that are not in English.

All renters are required to have their own personal auto insurance policy that provides full coverage (liability, comprehensive, and collision) and is transferable to a rental vehicle. We will verify your coverage with your insurance provider prior to the rental. Supplemental insurance options are also available for purchase.

Yes, a security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies depending on the vehicle and your insurance coverage, typically ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. The deposit is authorized on a major credit card at the time of rental and is fully refunded upon the safe, damage-free return of the vehicle.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date are subject to a fee equivalent to one day's rental cost. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

Our standard rental includes 100 miles per day. Additional miles are available for purchase. Vehicles are restricted to use within the state of Florida unless prior written consent is obtained from Auto Isles management. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking to ensure compliance.
